Dapur Mini started as a small kitchen in Kem Chicks Kemang Supermarket. The establishment was initiated by Mrs. Sulami Sadino, a wife of Kem Chicks founding father, Bob Sadino. Dapur Mini is a canvas that is painted by her knowledge of European culture and her love to European cuisine

Dapur Mini recipes were made by Mrs. Sulami Sadino, and is developed to Mr. Sudarman, her personal home chef. Dapur Mini products are respected by Jakarta expatriates since 1980s for its authenticity, the foods that remind them homeland. Time to time, our product line is developing and becoming more popular either to expatriates or locals. Until then, our small kitchen is now thriving to serve the big world.

In June 2024, Dapur Mini decided to become a legal company under legal name PT Boga Mandala Sejahtera. We are ready to serve the big world, being the solution of processed food demand in the market. We are now an Halal certified food producer with Indonesian BPPOM production standard. PT Boga Mandala Sejahtera also extending their wings with a fresh modernized brand introduced as VorKēn.
